Having our own on-site production facility gives us the flexibility to experiment with new recipe ideas, monitor production and keep up with demand.
Bwydlyn Butchers are an FSA and SALSA approved wholesale supplier with full traceability records maintained for all our meat. We adhere to strict quality control procedures and have a complete HACCP documented food safety management system in place. These are all testament to our commitment to quality control and giving customers maximum confidence in purchasing from us.
State of the art machinery and cutting rooms offer our butchers the best preparation space and tools to work with. All our butchers are highly-trained and have a wealth experience between them. Traditional butchery methods are retained, enabling us to hand prepare orders and tailor bespoke lines and recipes to suit individual customer requirements.
Merfyn and his team at Bwydlyn have been massively supportive while developing our first managed house investment. In a site where 70% of our menu is meat, a reliable supply chain is essential. Good quality, service and consistency from Bwydlyn has been key in achieving a sustainable, consistent & quality range of dishes on our menu.
The response from our development team, chefs, front of house team & most importantly our customers has been very positive.

Thanks for great service, great products and friendly staff; from drivers to sales and managers. The ability to work with the butchers in producing sausages to our spec saves me hours of prep work and is the perfect solution for me. Special thanks to Barry who will go the extra mile to helps us out in times of desperation.
Not to forget a sales office open till 7 pm, even on a Sunday, unheard of but absolutely perfect for customers.
